We ship for free for most major provinces. For provinces with a large number of out-of-delivery areas, we started to charge for part of shipping costs due to the fact that all shipping carriers have started to increase the cost of shipping for all out-of-delivery areas.

How long does it take for my order to be processed? 
We process all orders within 24hr on a regular business day.

• Orders that we receive on weekends or holidays will be processed on the following Monday or the following working day.

How fast will I receive my order?
All orders will be shipped by FedEx Express and will be delivered within 3-5 business days.

I have purchased a Handmade/Bamboo Silk rug; when will I receive my order?
All orders that include Handmade Rugs or Bamboo Silk Rugs will take 14-20 Days to be delivered.

How long will it take to get a Pre-Order order?
